Chips and Tokens are purchased at face value from a cage at the respective casino. Each is inspected and only those that are in good or better condition are shipped.

If you are not happy with any item, send it and your receipt back to us within 21 days of purchase and we'll exchange it or refund you 100% of the items cost.
